Deckmasters of South Florida was selected to construct an Ipe deck at the former Presidential Palace of Richard Nixon, nestled along the shores of Key Biscayne. Once a secluded Presidential retreat, the sprawling estate was a favorite getaway for President Nixon during his time in office. The property retains historic elements including the original Presidential Seal embedded within the estate. The project called for a custom Ipe deck on the bayside of the estate, with sweeping waterfront views and timeless architectural elements — demanding precision, discretion, and unparalleled expertise.
