Deckmasters of South Florida was selected to design and build the outdoor structures for the Ritz-Carlton Residences sales center in Pompano Beach. The scope encompassed an Ipe deck, a boardwalk extending to the beach, cable railing with modern black aluminum posts and stainless steel cables, a fire pit, a trellis structure, an ADA-compliant ramp, and Ipe louvers. Ipe was selected for its exceptional durability, natural resistance to moisture and insects, and the refined appearance appropriate for a luxury hospitality setting.
