Waldorf Astoria Pompano Beach

The Waldorf Astoria Residences in Pompano Beach set out to create a sales gallery that matched the legendary reputation of the brand. Deckmasters of South Florida was entrusted with the task of turning that vision into reality. The project included a nearly 5,000 sq ft Ipe deck, a sprawling 4,500 sq ft pergola providing shade and elegance, an ADA-compliant ramp and stairs for full accessibility, and cladding around the building to enhance aesthetics and protect the structure from the elements.
