Florida's coastal environment demands more than standard deck construction. Deckmasters specifies marine-grade hardware, stainless steel fasteners, pressure-treated or naturally resistant framing, and materials rated for salt-air exposure. We coordinate with structural engineers on elevated and waterfront installations, and manage permitting through local municipalities and the Army Corps of Engineers where required.
