What Commercial Work Actually Requires
Commercial outdoor construction is not residential work at larger scale. It requires a licensed General Contractor, the capacity to manage complex permitting, coordination with GCs and construction managers, commercial building code compliance, structural engineering coordination, and the ability to deliver on schedule at properties where delays carry real cost. Deckmasters is a licensed contractor and has operated at this level across hotels, resorts, luxury condominium developments, and large-scale commercial boardwalk projects.

Permitting and Engineering
Deckmasters manages the permitting process from initial survey through final inspection — including building department submissions, CCCL applications for coastal structures, structural engineering coordination, and final inspections. As a licensed contractor, we are the contractor of record on permitted commercial work. We do not subcontract permitting or engineering coordination to third parties.
